What do I need in order to connect to UniFi L2TP VPN?
To connect to your UniFi gateway's L2TP VPN server, you only need the IP address or host name of your gateway, as well as the Pre-Shared Key (PSK) and user login details you created on your UniFi device. Our setup wizard will guide you through the rest!
Which UniFiOS operating systems are supported?
VPN Tracker works with all VPN-compatible UniFi gateways and operating systems.
Will my configuration work?
VPN Tracker works with all typical UniFi VPN setups – with support for L2TP, WireGuard, and OpenVPN connections. Our support team is happy to assist you further if you have specific questions about your device or connection settings.
Which macOS versions are supported?
You can connect to your UniFi gateway on the Mac from macOS 10.13 High Sierra up to macOS 14 Sonoma. iPhone or iPad user? Connect via WireGuard or OpenVPN from iOS 15 onwards.
